Refill requests outside of an appointment are completed during our normal office hours only. Bring all your medications to your appointment to make this quicker and easier. Our policy is to provide medication refills during your scheduled visit. Established patients can reach our on-call physician through the answering service at (919) 934-8171. If you believe you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.įor other medical issues, we provide an on-call physician 24 hours a day, seven days per week. Our office accepts Visa, MasterCard, and debit cards and cash payment for copays.įINANCIAL and OFFICE POLICY After Hours Care It is our pleasure to file your claims electronically but to do that, you must bring your insurance card to every visit. Co-payments and deductibles are expected at your visit. The office reserves the right to charge for patients who no-show without notifying this office. Patients arriving late for an appointment may be asked to reschedule or be seen on a work-in basis. This allows us to see someone else who may need our services more urgently. If you are running late or unable to make an appointment, please call us. For your first visit, you will be asked to arrive 15 minutes early to allow for registration and medical forms to be completed. Appointments may be scheduled by calling your local office.
